I've recently switched from using Internet Explorer to Firefox and I've written a short article on Why I've switched to Firefox. If you've not tried out Firefox, or haven't heard of it, I'd really suggest taking a look, then try it out!

Agree re Firefox, but it has its drawbacks, not least its inability to work with Locations in OS X; I have to reset my proxies by hand everytime I change which, if you're at all peripatetic, is a pain.
