This is a quite disgraceful situation. Penguin has published a book called katie.com which is about the abuse a teenager suffered as a result of meeting people from chat rooms. The only problem is, that the domain name is actually owned by Katie Jones and Penguin didn't check, or they didn't care. They are now apparently sending lawyers after this woman to bully her into giving them her domain name! You can read more about it by following the link.
