And another new virus intent on destroying the world. If you get an email with content saying anything like "The message contains Unicode characters and has been sent as a binary attachment." the person who sent it to you has almost certainly got infected with this particular virus. I've had about a dozen copies already this morning from places such as BAA and Eusidic, as well as various academic institutions.
