Welcome to NetNose. Create a better search engine! A new search engine that's doing what Google has been half threatening for some time, which is to allow users to rank sites, though it looks as though you get given sites at random to rank, rather than ranking the ones that you find when you're searching. I can see that it would be to stop people ranking their own sites as a 10 and their competition as 0, but it seems fairly pointless really.
