Government gets tough on spam! It looks like the UK Government is going to attempt to make spam illegal and a thing of the past, although they admit that there's nothing they can really do to stop it, which makes a refreshingly honest change!

New tools available to help you search through blogs.

BBCi has switched from Google to Inktomi. I've mentioned before about the Google backlash, and I think this is another example of it.

Nice article about un-intentionally getting on the wrong side of search engines, by linking to bad neighbourhoods, cloaking, incorrect use of colour - none of it's rocket science, but it's a good read.

I've been included in a librarians blog list over at Library Weblogs by Peter Scott who, it would also appear, is an Evertonian! There's a lot of us about.
